Since installing this software on Friday morning, I have a Total of 471 Blocks. It's amazing, how many web site grab information on you when you visit their web page. It's not all advertisement it's even Social networks and Companies tracking.

O.o Even armitunes tracks you.. it's called cookies. Most of the information on low key websites just track where you've been to navigate you to buy or see a what your looking for.

If you aren't rememberd, then you never existed.

The cryptogeek guru Bruce Schneier recently had a blog thread about anti tracking browser extensions here:

http://www.schneier.com/blog/archives/2012/06/ghostery.html

He'd just started using Ghostery, and the other sec folks chimed in with their tactics, I liked the privoxy solution myself..
