In an effort to increase diversity in songs played, maybe it could be made public what songs among the whole library have been requested and how many times. It could be updated in real-time on it's own page, or manually every month in a thread for example. I imagine less people would see it in a thread though, unless it was always on the front page. spiggy has also suggested having a "Bottom 30" to go along with the Top 10. If a real-time list is possible, I suggest being able to sort by most and least played, and maybe an ability to see how frequently a track is played. Filtering for a play-count between two numbers and/or frequency played would be pretty cool too. Or maybe it could just be implemented into the current request list somehow. I critical miss half of my minor daily event rolls. |

I'm down for this. Hell, I'll even be the volunteer to have all my random requests be the least requested songs. I guess a definition of "least" would be good. We know zero is in there as the minimum but what would the "max" limit be? I'm thinking possibly 500-1000 or something. I think it's a feasible goal to achieve it you consider the top 10 since you have to wait 100 tracks in order to request that song again. Of course just having a list would help in the getting the most varied selection. Pirates or ninjas? I'm both!! I'll string your ass up from the darkness before taking your booty. Then I'll throw a smoke bomb and vanish with an "Arrr" |

It's a good idea, but I don't track that information. I could write something that would start tracking it, but the way it is now I throw out all data older than the last 1000 songs played! -Armitage |

Over a decade of statics, and they don't even exist... I dare say that you are crazy, sir. Well, if you think it's worthy of being implemented, then we can always start keeping track now.
