I second this motion!! I want one! ![]() I am sure by now a few of you have found this site: http://www.axentwear.com/#info Sounds like they are looking for a higher quality manufacturer at the moment. "Going forward is enough of a challenge. Shall we?" ~ Tohya, Megatokyo #1015 |

Quote by: Ice_Phoenix Yeah, I read something about that. They had some concerns about wanting the final product being of decent quality and need their manufacturer to be responsible about themselves in every aspect of the product.

It would be hard to get quality components for $139, even for regular headphones. To add quality speakers to the outside would cost that much more. That doesn't even include the leds and battery. Looks cool though. I would buy one. Not sure if I would wear it at work... Maybe to a Con.

sup guys! i am still alive
![]() as of christmas i use the AKG Q701 pretty costy but alas, somehow my wife loves me ![]() got these overear half open beauties for my guitar and my need of excellent music ![]() i am quite demanding, because of my glasses => i need headphones with low pressure on the head and esp. on the ears, which is why i need mostly overears or inear solutions. regarding headphones i love AKG for headphones, sennheiser for microphone solutions (headsets too ofc) in general ![]() i push much money into good audio equipment because if i ever go deaf i want some high quality stuff in my ears as last memory ![]() "Fight for those you have lost and for those you don't want to lose!" |

I use a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset. It has some pretty awesome sound because of the digital 7.1 surround sound. It's a USB headset with a retractable mic in the front of the left earcup. The downsides to it are that its the only Razer headset (as far as I could see from the website) that has 7.1 surround sound and is USB, but it also has LEDs that make the Razer logo change colors on the earcups; and you have to download a program called Razer Synapse to make the headset any better than a general stereo headset, and I think its making my computer run slower. Anyway I think I'd rate it 8/10 overall, and the sound, including that of the mic, at 9/10. Its about $100 and is only available through the Razer website.
These are definitely my favorite headphones ever, considering I was using the ones that came with my iPod. "Shichi-kai taore, hachi o eru." |

OMG why you do that??? Now I want!! ;-) The green ones would look great with my green-glow Razer keyboard and mouse! xD Anyways, I don't think I qualify as an audiophile as I'm currently enjoying Skullcandy earbuds and headphones for my daily intake (and a TurtleBeach gaming headset for teh videogames). Cheers! |
