If it's just speaking you have trouble with, it helps to hear the language being spoken by natives. TV, podcasts, even YouTube videos would probably cut it. Just pay attention to how people put sentences together and try to mimic them as much as possible. Of course, some people butcher the English language, so try to stick to reasonably sensible examples. If all else fails, you can carry around placards or something and write on them.

If you're not going to do it properly, don't bother doing it at all.
